Terms of Service

By accessing or using Dotted, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Dotted is a private habit notebook for iPhone. It lets you track daily habits as small dots, write a daily note, log a mood, set quiet reminders, and review your progress. Dotted syncs your content between your own Apple devices through your personal iCloud account, and includes an optional Shared Rituals feature for keeping one small ritual together with another person you trust.

You retain full ownership of all habits, notes, moods, and ritual content you create within Dotted. Your content is stored locally on your device and within your personal Apple iCloud account. We do not host or have access to your content. You are solely responsible for the content you create using Dotted, including content you choose to share via Shared Rituals.

Dotted is free to download. Some features are gated behind Dotted Pro:

• Free: up to 3 active private habits, 1 active shared ritual created by you, mood tracking, daily note, basic reminders, quiet hours, CSV export, personal iCloud sync, basic stats, the small widget, and unlimited participation in shared rituals you have been invited to.
• Dotted Pro: unlimited active private habits, full week/month/year reviews, visual share cards, additional accents, the medium and Lock Screen widget pack (when available), unlimited created shared rituals (when shared rituals are enabled), and additional Pro-only surfaces released over time.

• Dotted Pro Monthly: $2.99 per month, auto-renewing.
• Dotted Pro Annual: $14.99 per year, auto-renewing.
• Dotted Pro Lifetime: a single $29.99 purchase for permanent access to current and future Pro features.
• Local prices in your region are shown by the App Store at the moment of purchase.
• All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.

All purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly through your purchase history.

If you create a shared ritual or accept an invitation, ritual content is synchronized between participants through Apple's CloudKit Shared Database. Only you and the invited participants can see the ritual's content. You agree to use Shared Rituals only with people you trust, to use the feature in a respectful way, and not to use it to harass, surveil, or coerce another person. Either party can leave or stop a shared ritual at any time inside the App.

You agree not to:

• Use Dotted for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
• Interfere with the integrity, performance, or security of the App or its supporting services;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems related to the App;
• Use Shared Rituals to harass, threaten, surveil, or impersonate another person.

Dotted, including its design, brand, illustrations, user interface, and underlying code, is owned by Teddy App Labs and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent. The content you create inside Dotted remains yours.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Dotted is a personal notebook and is not a medical, mental-health, or fitness service. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Teddy App Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App or its supporting services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, to us, or to the integrity of the service.

We may modify these Terms when the App changes. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of Dotted after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
